Child First and Foremost
Early years are the most foundational and crucial stage in a child’s growth and development. With nearly 80% of brain development occurring before the age of five, the experiences and exposures during these delicate years have a long-lasting impact on a child’s personality, abilities, and future success.
A stimulating, enriched, and positive environment plays a vital role in nurturing a happy childhood and shaping confident, capable adults. Equally important are safety and hygiene, ensuring children grow in a secure, healthy, and protected space.
At Cubby Tales, our learning philosophy recognizes that children are naturally curious and active learners. Our curriculum is guided by 58 key developmental experiences spanning language, creativity, mathematics, science, socio-emotional learning, and physical development.
We follow a Plan–Do–Review approach, where children make choices, carry out tasks based on their decisions, and reflect on what they have learned. This process encourages independence, initiative, critical thinking, and confidence as children learn to take responsibility for small tasks on their own.
Our Kindergarten teachers are trained to provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment, making Cubby Tales feel like a second home for every child. We recognize that each child has unique strengths and learning styles, and we strive to personalize the learning journey to support individual needs — ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.
